Booking term and conditions

The terms and conditions described below are an integral part of any booking contract concluded orally or in writing, including emails between an individual or an entity (commonly referred to as "the customer") and Tam Coc Garden (referred to as "the resort"). These terms are governed by Vietnamese law, and the Courts of Vietnam have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to them. The conclusion of the contract between the customer and the resort, whether written or oral, implies that the customer has read, understood and accepted these following terms and conditions.

Rates shown on the website are indicative only, excluding VAT and are subject to change any time with or without prior notice. All rates include breakfast. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Maximum occupancy per room of 03 adults and 02 children under 12 years old.
Maximum capacity for 1 single bed is 01 adult or 01 child.
Children under 6 years old (up to 01 child) sharing the existing double bed (King or Queen size bed) in the room are free of charge.
Children between 6 -11 years old (up to 01 child) sharing the existing double bed (King or Queen size bed) in the room are charged 350.000 VND/child/night.
Children under 12 years old using extra bed are charged 1.650.000 VND/child/night for Full Moon Villa & Onsen Panoramic Valley Chamber or 1.150.000 VND/child/night for other room types.
Children aged 12 and older are considered adults.
Free baby cot for children under 2 years old.
Extra bed for a third adult sharing the room is required and charged 1.850.000 VND/person/night for Full Moon Villa & Onsen Panoramic Valley Chamber or 1.250.000 VND/person/night for the other room types.

- Unless otherwise agreed, the reservation is guaranteed when the resort receives a deposit between 30% and 50% of the total payment, the rest of the payment must be done at least 7 days before the date of arrival.

- In case of a reservation within 7 days prior to the arrival date, the customer will pay the entire amount as soon as the reservation has been confirmed.

- Payment can be made by bank transfer or bank card via a terminal or a secure online payment system.

The customer will be responsible for all bank transfer related charges.

Cancellation from the customer

In all events except those designated as natural disasters, the following penalties will apply to the customer:

• 50% of the total payment will be made if cancellation is made 14 to 8 days prior to the estimated arrival date stated in the booking confirmation
• 100% of the total payment if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the estimated arrival date stated in the booking confirmation & in case of no show.

*This policy does not apply to promotional price and in peak periods.

Cancellation from the resort

The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the following cases:

• The customer  hasn't paid the balance within 7 days of arrival. In this case, the deposit is not refunded to the customer
• In the event of force majeure such as a natural disaster or an unexpected situation that threatens the customer’s life and health, the resort is liable to reimburse the full amount the customer had paid

For Full Moon Villa and Onsen Panoramic Valley Chamber, check-in time is at 15h00 and check-out time is at 11h00 am. For other room types, check-in time is 14h00, and check-out time is at noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Early check-in before 14h00/15h00 will be charged 50% of the room rate. Early check-in before 8h00 will be charged 100 % of the room rate. Late check-out from 11h00/12h00 hours to 18h00 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate. Late check-out from 18h00 hours will be charged 100% of the room rate.

For Full Moon Villa and Onsen Panoramic Valley Chamber, check-in time is at 15h00 and check-out time is at 11h00.

For other room types, check-in time is 14h00, and check-out time is at noon.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability:

• Early check-in before 14h00/15h00 will be charged 50% of the room rate.
• Early check-in before 8h00 will be charged 100 % of the room rate.
• Late check-out from 11h00/12h00 to 18h00 will be charged 50% of the room rate.
• Late check-out from 18h00 will be charged 100% of the room rate.

Vietnamese law governs the relationship between the customer and the resort, and the Courts of Vietnam have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to them.
